Dr Martin Rushwaya has been appointed new Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet after Dr Misheck Sibanda retired.
The development was announced by President Emmerson Mnangagwa this Tuesday when he addressed the first cabinet meeting following the August 23 general elections.
Dr Rushwaya was the Deputy Chief Secretary in the Office of the President and Cabinet responsible for administration, finance and human resources prior to his latest appointment.
