21-year-old beauty Kudzai Matizha has left the country for Cambodia where she will represent Zimbabwe at the Miss Global International pageant.
Zimbabwe will join more than 70 other countries from around the world at the Miss Global international contest.
Law student, Matizha is confident to bring the crown home after more than seven months of preparation.
“I will be leaving for Cambodia for the Miss Global which will alternate between Vietnam and Cambodia. It’s a pageant that embraces all cultures and even married women. I am so excited to represent the country and I promise to bring something home. I was crowned in April and have prepared since. It was hard since I am also in school but have managed to pull it through. I promise to do my best,” she said.
Among the 79 countries represented at the 10th Miss Global International are Australia, Croatia, China, Cambodia, Ghana, India, Kenya, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
