Ethiopia has launched the unified application, introducing Africa’s first integrated digital service platform that brings together services from multiple institutions within a single interface. Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed officially inaugurated the initiative, reports Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation, a partner of TV BRICS.

The Prime Minister noted that the platform represents a key component of modern economic infrastructure, designed to improve service delivery and enhance accessibility for citizens.

According to Abiy Ahmed, the one-stop service contributes to greater administrative efficiency by reducing processing time, supporting transparency, and strengthening institutional integrity across public services. He emphasised its role in advancing streamlined governance through digital innovation.

In addition, the Prime Minister called for continued collaboration to further strengthen the system and expand its impact across the region, encouraging knowledge-sharing with other African countries.

The application is expected to support the ongoing digital transformation agenda by integrating public services into a unified platform, reinforcing Ethiopia’s commitment to innovation-driven development and improved citizen engagement.
