A thrilling Women’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL) title showdown is set for Gwanzura Stadium this Saturday as defending champions Herentals Queens take on log leaders, Correctional Queens, in a highly anticipated Match Day 21 fixture.
Correctional Queens have been enjoying the summit of the league with Chapungu Queens hot on their heels for the title race.
The Lady Students face Correctional Queens who currently lead the table with 52 points while Herentals are eight points away with three games in hand, including another thrilling clash with Chapungu.
Herentals Queens have been away for the CAF Women’s Champions League where they crashed out in Group stages and their focus has shifted to defending the title.
Other matches lined up for the weekend include Black Rhinos taking on Mpopoma Sports Academy, Chapungu taking on Maningi Youth Academy, Faith Drive welcoming Platinum Royals, while Kwekwe Queens entertain Red Buffalo.
Cranborne Royals host Harare City and Conduit Academy clash with Black Mambas.
