THE ruling ZANU PF party says the ongoing cell restructuring exercise will leave the party stronger, united and more visible.
The ZANU PF Masvingo Provincial leadership is hosting interdistrict meetings across the province, where emphasis is on the importance of the party’s cell restructuring exercise.
Speaking after addressing the party leadership in Bikita and Gutu, ZANU PF Masvingo Provincial Chairperson Cde Robson Mavhenyengwa said the programme will see the ruling party mobilising more members.
“We are having these meetings across the province, emphasising the importance of the cell restructuring exercise. As a party, we recognise this programme because it helps us to register our membership, mobilise more supporters and it allows us to interact at the grassroots level, discussing various development programmes in our communities.”
Provincial Political Commissar Cde Brian Munyoro called for transparent and honest work during the registration of members.
The ruling party has been engaging its membership on the importance of embracing developmental programmes being implemented by the government in communities.
