14th of October set to divide music fans

The 14th of October is likely to divide music lovers with 5 big musical shows set to be held at different joints across the country.
Odyssey Entertainment is set to host Kadoma Music Festival, which will feature the creme de la creme of Zimbabwe’s music industry.
Artistes billed to perform at the event include Jah Prayzah, Alick Macheso, Winky D and South Africa’s DJ Tira and Makhadzi.
Another event worth mentioning is the African Throne Tour, a hip-hop concert which will be headlined by two South African mavericks Casper Nyovest and Nasty C at Alexander Sports Club in Harare.
Zimbabwe’s hip-hop stars including Holy Ten and Voltz JT are also part of the line-up.
Not to be outdone is an all-female concert, the Sunshine Cup which will see two Afro-pop powerhouses, Zimbabwe’s Tammy Moyo and Nigeria’s Ayra Star sharing the stage at Borrowdale Race Course.
Takashinga Cricket Club in Highfield is also the place to be for music lovers who are set to be entertained by the likes of Feli Nandi, Alick Macheso, Tocky Vibes, Fantan and Chillspot family at the Chibuku Road to Fame finals.
Miss Albinism Southern Africa pageant to be held on Saturday night at the Harare International Conference Centre (HICC) is another show not to miss.
Musicians to perform at the event include Baba Mechanic Manyeruke, Dino Mudondo, Willom Tight, Chipo Muchegwa, Soulbone, Mbeu and South African music legend PJ Powers.
