Four of the five suspects who allegedly assaulted Alice Chaichai of Hatcliffe Extension accusing her of wrecking marriages in the community appeared in court this Saturday.
Four of the five suspects who were on the police wanted list are Zeripah and Natasha Kanduza, Fortunate Tembo and Olleen Vinyungwi.
Allegations are that on the 1st of this month, while in Hatcliffe Extension suburb of Harare, the four allegedly assaulted Chaichai accusing her of wrecking marriages in the community.
A video of the assault later circulated on social media attracting the attention of the Police leading to the arrest of one Mitchel Kariwo who has since appeared in court and was remanded in custody to Monday.
The other four suspects who were on the run later handed themselves over to the Police on Thursday.
In their initial court appearance at Harare magistrate’s court this Saturday, the suspects were remanded in custody to Monday for bail application.
