Gutu West by-elections set for next month

THE ZANU PF Youth League is set to descend on Gutu West constituency to mobilise support for the ruling party ahead of the by-election set for next month.
ZANU PF is taking the Gutu West by-election seriously and is working round the clock to ensure the ruling party candidate Cde John Paradza wins the parliamentary seat.
The party’s road map to the by-election was spelt out by ZANU PF Secretary for Youth Affairs Cde Tino Machakaire when he addressed members of the Youth League at the party’s headquarters in Harare this Thursday.
“We have an election in Gutu West Constituency, we must descend on the constituency and ensure that we bring the constituency home without failure,” he said.
Cde Machakaire also implored youths to work hard to fulfill promises made during the August 23 general election period.
“We need to make sure that all the promises that were made during the election period are fulfilled. We also have the National People’s conference coming up and the anti-sanctions day, we must campaign against these illegal sanctions in our various constituencies,” he added.
ZANU PF Youth League Deputy Secretary for Youth Affairs Cde John Paradza will battle it out with three other candidates in the Gutu West by-election slated for the 11th of November.
