The Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission has arrested the Director General of the Environmental Management Agency, Aaron Chigona, on charges of criminal abuse of office.
Chigona is accused of fraudulently issuing an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) certificate to Borrowdale Investments Private Limited.
His arrest was confirmed by the anti-graft body on their X page this Tuesday.
Chigona is expected to appear in court on Wednesday.
