Deputy Minister Musa Ncube leads historic day in Tsholotsho

The Tsholotsho community this past week witnessed the launch of the John Landa Nkomo Memorial Cup, an event established to honor the legacy of the former Vice President and rallying support for President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s visionary developmental agenda.
Spearheaded by National Housing and Social Amenities Deputy Minister Musa Ncube, the tournament underscores a collective effort to mobilise community involvement in advancing the far-reaching objectives of Vision 2030 and endorsing the President’s unwavering commitment to inclusive development.
Amid the joyous festivities, the community of Tsholotsho took a moment to extend their heartfelt gratitude to President Mnangagwa for his unwavering commitment to regional infrastructure development.
They lauded the inauguration of the graded road, stretching from Tsholotsho Centre to Plumtree road through Mhlabangubo Primary School over a substantial 43-kilometre distance.
The launch of the John Landa Nkomo Memorial Cup embodies the essence of community engagement and empowerment.
The spectacular event also served as a gateway to collective action, embodying the spirit of ‘Nyika inovakwa nevene Vayo/ Ilizwe lakhiwa ngabanikazi balo/A nation is built by its people’.
