TRIANGLE United Football Club has intensified preparations for the 2023 Castle Lager Premier Soccer League season which kicks off next month.

After taking the sixth position in last year’s Premier Soccer League season, Triangle United Football Club completed their pre-season camp in Shurugwi last week while several friendly matches are already lined up as part of efforts to step up preparations for the 2023 Castle Lager Premier Soccer League season.

Triangle United Football Club has also secured the services of former Ngezi platinum striker, Wellington Taderera and former Bulawayo Chief’s winger, Wilson Mensah after close to eight players left the team last year.

“We have been training twice a day since we came back from camping and the fitness of the boys is on another level. We are geared for this year’s season,” said Triangle United Football Club Fitness coach, Mr Effort Murindagomo.

“We lost several players last year and that was a huge blow to us but we are happy that Wellington Taderera has joined us as well as Wilson Mensah from Ghana,” said Triangle United Football Club team manager Mr Courage Denias.

The 2023 Premier Soccer league season will commence on the 11th of next month with the traditional season opener, The Castle Challenge Cup between FC Platinum and Bulawayo Chiefs at Mandava Stadium in Zvishavane.
