End of the First powerplay at Harare Sports Club

The Chevrons are on 35 runs for the loss of one wicket after the opening 10 overs in the third and final One Day International match against Ireland at Harare Sports Club.

Zimbabwe lost the wicket of Tinashe Kamunhukamwe earlier on for a single run, however Joylord Gumbie and Takudzwanashe Kaitano partnered to steady the ship in the opening powerplay.

Meanwhile, before the match, Zimbabwe declared that all the proceeds from the match would be channelled to KidzCan Zimbabwe.

KidzCan Zimbabwe is a Humanitarian Child- Centered Private Voluntary Organisation dedicated to increasing the survival rate of children suffering from cancer and blood-related disorders in Zimbabwe.
