GWERU-based Sheasham Football Club have vowed to convert their draws into wins when they host high-riding Ngezi Platinum Stars at Bata Stadium this Sunday.

Affectionately known as the Construction Boys, Sheasham are leading in the wrong category where they have the highest statistics in terms of draws alongside Lowveld-based side Triangle, who have nine.

The draws are a source of worry for the John Nyikadzino-led technical team ahead of a tricky home tie to log leaders Ngezi Platinum Stars.

“We have been drawing a lot and this week our focus is to turn those draws into wins and a win against Ngezi Platinum will boost our confidence. We are aware Ngezi are unstoppable under Chiragwi, but we are prepared to stop them,” said Nyikadzino.

The Construction Boys having a huge following in the City of Progress are thirsty for a home win and will rally behind the team this Sunday.
