Showboating expedition gone wrong

A showboating mission went wrong after a 30-year-old man from Chiredzi died after falling from a 24-metre-long tower light in Tshovani suburb Monday afternoon.
The man who had successfully climbed up the tower light at Naude Flats, fell to the ground as he was coming down.
Acting Masvingo Provincial Police spokesperson, Assistant Inspector Lorraine Ndlovu confirmed the incident, saying the man succumbed to head injuries at Chiredzi General Hospital after falling to the ground as he was going down the tower light.
