FC Platinum clash with Miracle Boys

REJUVENATED Former champions FC Platinum are hoping to maintain their recent form when they face unpredictable Yadah in a league encounter set for the Heart Stadium this Wednesday.

Free-scoring FC Platinum, who are a point behind log leaders Manica Diamonds, will be seeking another win to remain in contention for the coveted league title.

The platinum miners are the league’s top goal scorers with 19 goals and thry will be hoping for more of the same this Wednesday.

“We know that they are a good side and they have quality players and coach, they are not a walk in the park. We need to be at our penetrative best when we invade Rufaro Stadium. We have prepared well for this encounter, and we are confident of a win,” said FC Platinum head coach, Norman Mapeza.

On the other hand, Yadah will be seeking consistency after winning twice and losing the same number of matches in their previous four matches.

The two sides have met eight times with FC Platinum dominating the head-to-head statistics after winning five times and losing twice with the other match ending in a draw.
