THE Constitutional Court will this Monday hear an application filed by MDC-T leader, Douglas Mwonzora in which he is challenging the delimitation process.
In his application, Mwonzora is seeking the court to set aside the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission’s delimitation report and eventually postpone general elections slated for July or August this year.
Mwonzora argues that the delimitation report, which was gazetted in February this year, does not comply with the requirements of Section 161 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe.
