THE Supreme Court has thrown out an appeal by recalled Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) lawmakers and senators for being defective after their lawyers failed to comply with the rules of the court in filing the papers.
A three-panel bench struck the appeals off the roll after ruling that there was no case before the court.
The legislators were recalled by CCC Interim Secretary General Sengezo Tshabangu in October this year.
By-elections in nine constituencies are set for the 9th of this month.
