ZIMBABWE’S women cricket team, the Lady Chevrons are looking for a series win as they take on Papua New Guinea (PNG) in the final Women’s T20 match at Harare Sports Club this Tuesday.
Zimbabwe is looking for a second consecutive series win after beating visiting Papua New Guinea in the One Day International series.
However, they must bounce back to winning ways if they entertain any hopes of a series win after losing the second T20 match this Sunday.
“We want to make sure that we win this match and win the series it is good for us as a team to continue with the momentum we have other battles coming up so we need to go there with confidence,” said the Lady Chevrons captain, Mary-Anne Musonda.
Zimbabwe is using the series to prepare for the World Cup Qualifiers.
