VP Mohadi arrives in Lesotho for Basotho bicentenary celebrations

VICE President Colonel (Rtd) Kembo Mohadi has arrived in Lesotho for the celebrations to mark 200 years since the Basotho nation was founded by King Moshoeshoe I.

The historic anniversary will to be commemorated this Friday in Maseru.

The Vice President is accompanied by the Acting Permanent Secretary in his office, Mr Milton Ndou as well as Director Mrs Samukeliso Musendame.

Vice President Mohadi was received by Zimbabwe envoy to South Africa and Lesotho Ambassador David Hamadziripi , Lesotho Minister of Resources Mr Molepi Molake and several senior government officials.

Vice President Mohadi is representing President Emmerson Mnangagwa and the visit attests to the commitment between Harare and Maseru to strengthen bilateral cooperation.
