Packaging of economic programmes undertaken by the Second Republic was at the centre of exhibitions made by the Office of the President and Cabinet (OPC) and the ruling ZANU PF party at the 2022 edition of the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair.

The massive infrastructure development championed by the Second Republic dominated exhibitions at the Office of the President and Cabinet stand.

OPC Exhibitions Coordinator, Dr Anywhere Mutambudzi said it is critical to ensure stakeholders are part of the national vision.

“This is a platform of engagement. It is a rare opportunity to discuss with both local and international guests telling them what we are doing and where we are heading as a nation,” he said.

The ruling ZANU PF party, which exhibited and scooped an award, commended young people for showing keen interest on national programmes.

Exhibitions overseer, Cde. Oliver Mandipaka said, “It is a fruitful event. People from all walks of life want to be part of economic programmes ushered in by the ZANU PF-led government. Our exhibitions are embedded with messages championed by our government.”

The five-day Zimbabwe International Trade Fair ran under the theme “Rethink, Reimagine, Reinvent Value Chains for Economic Development”.
