ZBC, Angel of Hope Foundation join hands in assisting the needy

The Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation-ZBC has joined corporates that are working with the Angel of Hope Foundation in assisting the vulnerable after handing over a consignment of mealie-meal.

ZBC Acting Chief Executive Officer Ms Helliate Rushwaya thanked the First Lady Amai Auxillia Mnangagwa for helping the needy, pledging the corporation’s continued support to her initiatives.

“I am excited and humbled by the great work that the National FM is doing with the support of its listeners club. It is befitting that this unique radio station and listeners have learnt from you Amai that we become great through our acts of kindness. Amai you are a trailblazer in the area of philanthropic works.”

ZBC Director Radio Services Mr Robson Mhandu and National FM Listeners club President Mr Amon Madzvamuse applauded Amai Mnangagwa’s philanthropic works.

Accepting the donation of behalf of the First Lady, Angel of Hope Foundation Board member Mrs Chipo Mutasa applauded the National Broadcaster for reaching out to the needy.

ZBC and the Angel of Hope Foundation share a strong relationship, with the foundation having recently donated personal protective equipment to the national broadcaster.
