Zanu PF Harare Province has expressed its readiness for the party’s annual National People’s Conference slated for Bindura from the 25th to the 31st of this month.
All is set for the Zanu PF 19th Annual National People’s Conference to be held in Bindura, with Harare Province raising 30 million Zimbabwe dollars towards hosting of the conference.
A Zanu PF Harare Province Fundraising Breakfast meeting was held in Harare this Friday.
Guest of honor and businessman Dr Philip Chiyangwa confirmed the development saying the mobilisation committee is seized with raising funds to finance party’s activities, including the 2023 harmonised elections.
As Harare Province we have managed to raise the required target of money which is needed for the conference in Harare and also our contributions for Harare, he said.
Acting Zanu PF Harare Provincial Chairman Cde Godwills Masimiremba expressed gratitude to captains of industry for supporting the party, while chairman of the Harare Provincial Fundraising Committee Cde George Chimhini rallied Zimbabweans to support President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s vision of modernising the economy.
As Harare Province we are very grateful for the captains of industry in coming together in support of the party and the President’s vision, said Masimiremba.
The 19th National People’s conference will be held in Bindura from the 25th to the 31st of this month, with a few delegates set to attend physically, while the rest will follow proceedings virtually in their provinces in line with Covid-19 protocols.
