ZANU PF Secretary for Information and Publicity, Ambassador Christopher Mutsvangwa, says all party organs have been oiled ahead of the elective congress set for next month.

The revolutionary party has strengthened all its wings ahead of the elective congress set for October to ensure the ruling party gears up for the 2023 harmonised elections.

Ambassador Mutsvangwa said all the processes by party organs are meant to deliver a resounding victory come 2023.

“We are holding our elective congress next month. All organs of the party have been formed. The electoral machine has been retooled, what is left is oiling and unleash it for a resounding victory in next year’s general elections,” he said.

ZANU PF Director for Information, Cde Tafadzwa Mugwadi took the opportunity to inform party members that a blitz for the issuance of membership cards is underway.

“A political whirlwind is on its way as the congress prepares to set the party’s march to victory in 2023. All provincial members must note that a membership card blitz is underway in Mashonaland East and Masvingo provinces,” he said.

ZANU PF has renewed the Youth, Women and War Veterans League wings to ensure the party accelerates its mobilisation agenda to achieve at least five million votes for President Emmerson Mnangagwa in the 2023 harmonised elections.
