ZANU PF Secretary for Administration, Dr Obert Mpofu has challenged party members to adhere to the party constitution in all their activities.

The matter emerged at a workshop organised by the ZANU PF Harare province for Harare provincial secretaries.

The party’s Secretary for Administration, Dr Obert Mpofu said constitutionalism is key in everything the party members do.

“It is the constitution that builds the party. It is through the constitution that moulds cardership of the party. It is through the constitution that the party becomes strong with a proper direction. We want leadership of unity, leadership of listening to your subordinates, leadership of respect to one another and dedication to the party,” he said.

ZANU PF Harare provincial chairperson, Comrade Godwills Masimirembwa invited departmental heads of the party at national level to come and interact with various provincial structures.

“We want party members to interact with national leadership and at the same to learn from the national leadership on what is expected of them in their different portfolios,” he said.

The workshop comes after the successful hosting of a similar workshop by the Matabeleland South Province in Beitbridge over the weekend.
