The Zimbabwe national football team, the Warriors, have dropped nine places down to 121 in the FIFA World Rankings released this Friday.
The Warriors’ slide continues and with no meaningful points bagged, the team are now ranked 121 in the world, the lowest position in the history of the Warriors on the FIFA world rankings.
The FIFA world table is led by Belgium, while Senegal are on pole position in the African rankings.
The Warriors have not only dropped on the world rankings, but also on the African table, where it went down by three places to 31.
The Warriors’ slump is not shocking given the team’s dismal performance in the World Cup qualifiers in which they managed only two points from six matches.
