WATCH: UEFA President captivated by Zimbabwean environment

Visiting Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) President, Aleksander Čeferin has been amazed by Zimbabwe’s natural endowments and has promised to return for another experience.
Čeferin, who is in the country on a ten-day visit, has described his Zimbabwean experience as unique and amazing. After descending on the mighty Victoria Falls, the past week has seen the international football administrator tracking his way south exploring Hwange Safari and Matopo World Heritage site.
ZBC News caught up with Čeferin in the rocky Matobo area after one of his morning cave explorations.
“I fall short of words to describe this place, it’s awesome. One can never fully explore it, just a few days are not enough and I will surely come again. When I decided to visit Zimbabwe, many asked why I would visit this country, maybe it is not safe or might not have good hotels but the experience I got is far beyond what I read about,” he said.
He appreciated the clean and peaceful environment and the friendly local people saying he would recommend anyone to visit Zimbabwe.
The Slovenian lawyer-cum-businessman and his twenty-member delegation including his family and friends is expected to visit other tourist attraction sites across the country.
Ceferin has been to Namibia, Botswana, Tunisia and Tanzania, among other African countries.
