THE Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League champions FC Platinum continue to cement their squad ahead of the 2020 season after adding three more signings to their team.
Champions FC Platinum have added three more players to their squad as the Zvishavane based side look set to defend their title in the forthcoming 2020 Premier Soccer League (PSL) which begins in March.
The platinum miners have signed two Democratic Republic of Congo nationals to their squad, defender Felly Mulumba and striker Ellie Ilunga and goalkeeper Future Sibanda who were unveiled this Thursday alongside Silas Songani.
Mulumba was the captain of Kenyan premiership side Bandari FC and has also played Posta Rangers and Sofapaka in the same league while Sibanda and Ilunga are budding youngsters who are expected to establish themselves at the club.
Mulumba and Ilunga join their Congolese colleague Gyve Nsiala who has since made a name at the Zvishavane based side.
Pure Platinum Play have shown signs of seriousness to again challenge for honours this season after signing 11 new players to date, including coach Pieter De Jongh.
Meanwhile, despite the odds given their performance last season, Bulawayo Chiefs also managed to attract players from other top flight league clubs with defender Ben Nyahunzwi joining Amakhosi Amahle from rivals Chicken Inn on a one-year contract.
