The 2022 Harare Agricultural show will go done in history as it witnessed thousands in attendance on the last day on Saturday.

This year’s edition was special as there were no restrictions on the number of people unlike the past 2 years because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

For the young ones this Saturday was the main highlight of their holiday, before they return to school this Monday.

“I’m happy to be here and I’ve seen a lot of things on display some informative too,” a child who attended the show said.

Another said, “I’m thankful to my mother for bringing me here as I had missed the agric show.”

“It’s great to be here with my friends having fun before we go back to school and we are looking forward to the artists who are going to perform,” a student said.

Apparently, it is not only the children who want to have fun, but the parents too.

“I’m excited to be here with the kids considering it has been 2 years after the last edition,” a parent said.

Said another, “I came here to have fun with my friends and family and now we are waiting for some of the artists we heard are going to be performing tonight.”

As usual, the ZBC stand was the crowd’s favourite as popular DJs wowed their fans.

And of course, one will not say they attended the Agricultural Show without having ice cream and candy floss.

For this year’s edition it’s a wrap.
