President Mnangagwa joins Mozambican President Nyusi at locomotive flagging event

President Emmerson Mnangagwa is in Beira Mozambique to witness the flagging off of four diesel locomotives and 150 wagons worth US$95 million bought from India.

President Felipe Nyusi thanked Zimbabwe for continuously supporting Mozambique in all circumstances.

Zimbabwe has been assisting Mozambique in training its soldiers.

President Nyusi said the locomotives will assist in transporting goods to the Mozambican coasts. 

Meanwhile, President Mnangagwa has pledged one thousand tonnes of maize to people affected by insurgence in the Cabo Delgado region of Mozambique.
