MANCHESTER United have unveiled their new home kit for the 2020/21 season, which will be available for purchase on the 11th of August.
In, a statement announcing the launch of the shirt read: “The ‘Manchester United DNA’ has been a focus for manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his team, and the home jersey for the forthcoming 20/21 season aims to encapsulate the DNA of the club, using the threads of the club crest itself to produce a subtly patterned base fabric.”
The traditional red design features yellow detailing with manufacturers Adidas hoping for a design that “connects people and stands for unity” with the club’s badge as the main inspiration.
“For this season, we looked to create something that connects people and stands for unity,” said Adidas design director Inigo Turner.
