Zimbabwean international, Teenage Hadebe impressed on his debut for Major League Soccer side Houston Dynamo in the United States this Wednesday.
Teenage Hadebe joined Houston Dynamo last month from Turkish club Yeni Malatyaspor and this Wednesday morning he joined legendary Vitalis Takawira in plying his trade in Major League Soccer when he took to the field against Vancouver Whitecaps.
The 25 year old who was signed for 1.6 million United States dollars suffered an injury that delayed his first appearance for the Orange Boys, before the league went on a break to accommodate the Copa America tournament.
He was named in the starting eleven by coach Tab Ramos and put a decent show in the heart of defence alongside Captain Tim Parker.
Hadebe’s debut also coincided with the team’s first clean sheet since May 13 and justifies why Houston Dynamo signed the highly rated Zimbabwean centre back.
The Texas based club is ninth on the log, with the same number of points as seventh placed Portland who occupy the last play-off place.
