EPL action returns

The wait is over for football fans as the English Premier League returns this evening with another potentially exciting season on the cards.

The London derby between Crystal Palace and Arsenal set for at 9pm this Friday kicks-off the English Premier League – EPL season.

The beginning of the season is good news to Zimbabwean football fans after the national broadcaster, ZBC secured the rights to broadcast some matches live, starting with the Tottenham vs Southampton match at 4pm on Saturday.

The match will also be live streamed and it will be jam packed with a match build up which starts 30 minutes before kick-off.

Other matches pencilled for Saturday will see top flight returnees, Fulham hosting heavyweights, Liverpool in the early kick off at 13:30.

 Jordan Zemura’s AFC Bournemouth have a date with Marvellous Nakamba’s Aston Villa at 4pm.

Other matches taking place at 4pm include the encounter between Newcastle and Nottingham Forest while Leeds have a date with Wolves.

The late kick off is the encounter featuring Everton Boss Frank Lampard and his former club Chelsea at 16:30
