Dynamos seek to redeem lost pride

HARARE giants, Dynamos have confirmed they are not yet done on the transfer market despite adding 15 new players ahead of the 2020 premier soccer league season. Fifteen and not out, is the story of DeMbare’s pre-season after emerging as the busiest team on the transfer market.
The Mbare based side is still on the hunt for more players with Herentals striker Blessing Majarira and Caps United speed merchant Phenius Bhamusi on their wish list.
Dynamos spokesperson Tinashe Farawo says the Harare giants are still pursuing more players at the request of coach Tonderayi Ndiraya.
“Before the end of last season our coach gave us his wish list and with the help of the executive, we are trying to meet some of his demands. We are as united as one at the club and we are working together with all stakeholders to ensure DeMbare returns to its former glory days,” said Farawo.
Social media was awash with reports that the Chapungu duo of goalkeeper Talbert Shumba and winger Ian Nyoni have joined the blue army but Farawo dismissed the reports as rumours. Dynamos have failed to compete on the domestic front in recent years and have looked a very ordinary side in the past two seasons.
The glamour boys finished ninth in the league last season, with Tonderai Ndiraya replacing Lloyd “MaBlanyo’’ Chigowe as coach midway through the campaign.
