THE Zimbabwe National Cricket team, the Chevrons have slumped to an all time low after losing the five-match T20 series against minnows Namibia following a 32 run defeat in the decider at Queens Sports club in Bulawayo this Tuesday.
Zimbabwe’s five match T20 series ended on a disappointing note with the Chevrons losing to lowly ranked Namibia.
It is the first time that Namibia has won a series against Zimbabwe confirming how poor the Chevrons have become.
The hosts started the series on a good note after winning the first match but stuttered in the second match only to recover in the third encounter before their inconsistency saw them losing the fourth match.
The last match of the T20 series was more of the same after the visitors set a target of 128 runs before the Chevrons choked and were dismissed for a mere 95 runs.
