THE Zanu-PF Youth League leadership has joined other African countries at the Fifth China-Africa Young Leaders Forum where cooperation in various sectors is high on the agenda.
For the past three days, the Zanu-PF youth league executive has been interacting with more than 140 youths from Africa and China at a forum where various opportunities and challenges which are critical in the development of nations were identified.
“We have been conducting a virtual meeting with our fellow youths in Africa and China where several issues were discussed that are critical issues icluding what democracy is. We believe that democracy should be home grown so that a country develops in its way,” said Sibongile Sibanda National secretary for External relations, ZANU PF youth league.
Zimbabwe and China have relations which date back to the days of the liberation struggle which have been cemented in recent times through infrastructural development and provision of Covid-19 vaccines.
